Notifications
Xenith can send gentle reminders to help you keep your rhythm — a nudge to set your intentions, run a routine, or close the day with a reflection. They're optional, quiet, and entirely under your control.
Enabling notifications
- Go to Settings and open the notifications section.
- Turn notifications on. Your browser will ask for permission — accept it to allow Xenith to send push notifications.
- That's it. You can fine-tune or disable them any time.
Browser permission required
Push notifications rely on your browser's permission. If you previously blocked notifications for Xenith, you'll need to re-allow them in your browser's site settings before the in-app toggle can take effect.
On mobile
For push notifications on a phone, install Xenith to your home screen first. When you open Xenith in a mobile browser, look for the install prompt (or use your browser's "Add to Home Screen" option). Installed as an app, Xenith can deliver notifications like any other app.
The Xenith philosophy on notifications
Most apps use notifications to pull you back in. Xenith uses them sparingly, to support a habit you chose — never to manufacture urgency. There are no streak-loss warnings and no guilt-trip badges. If a reminder ever feels like noise, turn it off; the app works perfectly without it.
Turning them off
Flip the toggle in Settings to stop notifications immediately. You can also revoke permission from your browser at any time.
