Privacy & Data

Xenith asks you to record some of the most personal things in your life — your reflections, your gratitude, your decisions. That only works if you trust how it's handled. Here's the plain-language version.

Authoritative policy

This page is a friendly summary. The legally binding documents are the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service on the main site. If anything here differs from those, the official policy governs.

Your private entries are yours

  • Your journal, reflections, gratitude logs, and thought audits are private to your account.
  • Xenith does not sell your data.
  • Your private content is never used to train AI models — not ours, not anyone else's.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored securely with Xenith's infrastructure provider and is protected by per-user access rules, so your records are only accessible to your own authenticated account.

How AI features use your data

Some features — Growth paths and Coach — send the specific text you provide (for example, the goal you describe or the message you send the coach) to an AI provider to generate a response. Only the content needed for that feature is sent, and it is not used to train models. Features that don't use AI never send your data anywhere for processing.

Error monitoring

To keep Xenith stable, the app reports technical errors to a monitoring service. These reports are about what broke, not about the private content of your entries.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, Xenith stores the technical subscription needed to deliver them. Disabling notifications removes that.

Your controls

  • Hide dimensions you no longer use without losing their data (Settings).
  • Disable AI features simply by not using Growth or Coach.
  • Turn off notifications any time.
  • For account deletion or data requests, follow the process described in the Privacy Policy.
