Frequently Asked Questions
Is Xenith free?
Yes. Xenith is free during beta — no credit card, no trial countdown, and every feature is unlocked. See Creating an Account.
What makes Xenith different from other productivity apps?
Most apps optimize for activity — more tasks, longer streaks, more notifications. Xenith optimizes for intention. It brings the eight Life Dimensions that matter into one calm workspace and helps you make steady, considered progress. There's no streak to protect and no vanity metric to chase.
Does Xenith have streaks?
No — by design. Xenith deliberately has no streak counters anywhere. You'll see your history and trends, but never a number daring you not to break it. Progress here is about direction, not perfect attendance.
What platforms does Xenith run on?
Xenith is a web app that works in any modern browser, on desktop and mobile. On a phone you can install it to your home screen for an app-like experience, including push notifications.
How do I sign in?
With email and a password, or Continue with Google / Continue with Microsoft. Existing accounts can also request a one-time magic link. See Creating an Account.
Is my data private? Do you train AI on it?
Your private entries are yours. Xenith does not sell your data and never uses your private content to train AI models. AI features only send the specific text you give them. Read the details in Privacy & Data.
Which features use AI?
Growth paths (to generate your step-by-step path) and Coach (your AI sounding board). Everything else works without AI.
Do I have to use all eight dimensions?
Not at all. Start with three or four that matter most, and add more later from Settings. It's better to be consistent in a few areas than spread thin across all eight.
Is Xenith for teams?
No — Xenith is built for individuals. Projects is a personal workspace, not a team tool. There's no sharing or collaboration, and that's intentional.
Can I export my data?
Data export is on the roadmap. For account or data requests in the meantime, follow the process in the Privacy Policy.
Where can I see what's new?
Check the Changelog for the latest updates and improvements.
