Onboarding
The first time you sign in, Xenith runs a short onboarding so the app reflects your life rather than a generic template. It takes about two minutes, and you can change every choice later.
Choose your dimensions
Xenith organizes life into eight Life Dimensions. You don't have to track all of them — start with the areas that matter most right now.
| Dimension | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Health | Biometrics, calories, water, workouts |
| Mind | Gratitude, thought audits, mental clarity |
| Work | Energy & tasks, wins and losses |
| Relationships | The connections you want to nurture |
| Finances | Transactions and money decisions |
| Learning | Books and ideas |
| Rest | Sleep and recharge |
| Purpose | Values and decisions |
Start small
Pick three or four dimensions to begin with. It's easier to build a habit around a few areas than to spread yourself thin across all eight. You can add more from Settings whenever you're ready.
Set your first intention
Onboarding nudges you to write your first Daily Intention — a single, specific thing you want to accomplish. This is the heart of the deliberate-living loop, and it's the fastest way to feel what Xenith is for.
Personalize the basics
You'll also confirm a few preferences:
- Display name — how Xenith greets you.
- Theme — Xenith defaults to a calm dark theme; a light theme is available any time from the header.
- Notifications — optionally enable gentle reminders. See Notifications.
Changing your setup later
Nothing chosen during onboarding is permanent. Visit Settings to add or remove dimensions, update your profile, or adjust notifications at any time.
