The Interface

Xenith is built to stay out of your way. Once you know the few core surfaces, you can move anywhere in a couple of keystrokes.

The dashboard

Your home screen (/app) is a personalized dashboard. It surfaces what's relevant right now:

  • Today's intentions and progress.
  • Your active routines.
  • A snapshot of recent activity across your Life Dimensions.
  • Quick entry points into Focus, Reflection, and your dimensions.

The dashboard is a calm overview, not a control tower — it shows direction, not pressure.

The left sidebar is your map of the app: Dashboard, Intentions, Focus, Routines, Reflection, Dimensions, Growth, Insights, Projects, Coach, Calendar, and Settings. Collapse it when you want maximum room to think.

Command palette

Press Ctrl + K (or Cmd + K on Mac) anywhere in Xenith to open the command palette. Start typing to jump to any section, project, or page by name — no clicking through menus.

Tip

The command palette is the fastest way to navigate. If you only learn one shortcut, make it Ctrl + K.

Quick capture

A thought shouldn't have to wait for the right screen. Quick capture lets you jot something down instantly — it lands in your Inbox so you can sort it later without breaking your flow.

The inbox

The Inbox is your holding area for anything captured on the fly: stray ideas, tasks, links, things to revisit. Process it on your own schedule — turn items into intentions, project notes, or reflections, or simply clear them.

The calendar

The Calendar gives you a time-based view of your activity and plans, so you can see your intentions, sessions, and notable entries in context across the days and weeks.

Light and dark themes

Xenith defaults to a dark theme designed for long, focused sessions. Toggle to light from the header control at any time — your choice is remembered per device.
