Projects is a calm, distraction-free workspace for the bigger efforts in your life — side ventures, creative work, personal research. It's built for you, not a team: no sharing, no comment threads, no notifications pile.
Structure
- Projects act as folders for related work.
- Pages live inside a project. Each page is a full document with a rich text editor — headings, bold and italic, bulleted and numbered lists, checklists, and more.
Use pages to separate a project into phases, documents, or topics without mixing everything into one sprawling note.
Writing
The editor supports familiar shortcuts, so you can write strategy docs, research notes, and plans without leaving Xenith. Type to format inline, and structure longer pieces with headings and lists.
Find anything fast
Press Ctrl + K (or Cmd + K) to open the command palette and jump straight to any project or page by name — no clicking through folders.
Connect projects to your day
- Point a Focus session at a project to give it real, uninterrupted time.
- Seed project work from a Daily Intention.
- Capture stray ideas with Quick Capture and fold the keepers into a project page later.
Built for individuals
Projects is designed for solo work. If you're looking for team project management with assignees and shared boards, Xenith intentionally isn't that — it's a personal workspace.
