Apple Calendar and other apps
Apple doesn't offer a sign-in that Xenith can use, so for Apple Calendar (and any other calendar app that can follow a link) Xenith gives you a private, read-only link instead.
Free
The calendar link is free on every plan.
What it shows
- Your intentions, on the day they are planned. An intention with an email reminder shows as a timed block starting at the reminder hour (30 minutes long, or its estimated time if you set one). One without a reminder stays an all-day item. They are marked as free time, so they never make you look busy.
- The events you created in Xenith.
It does not include events that came from Google Calendar or Notion (they are already in those apps), and it never includes notes or reflections. It is read-only: changes you make in your calendar app don't come back to Xenith.
Getting your link
Go to Settings → Integrations → Apple Calendar and other apps (or the Connect your tools step in onboarding) and choose Show my link. No link exists until you ask for one.
- On iPhone: Settings, Calendar, Accounts, Add Account, Other, Add Subscribed Calendar, then paste the link.
- On a Mac: choose Open in Apple Calendar, or File, New Calendar Subscription, and paste the link.
- Google Calendar, Outlook and others: use their "add calendar from URL" option.
Your calendar app decides how often it refreshes; it can take a while for a new intention to appear.
Keeping it private
Anyone who has the link can see your intention and event titles and times. If it reaches someone it shouldn't, choose Make a new link: the old one stops working immediately, and you'll need to subscribe again with the new one.
