Life Dimensions
Life Dimensions are the heart of Xenith. Each dimension represents an area of life worth attending to, with its own space, color, and set of tools. Together they give you a balanced, at-a-glance picture of where you're thriving and where something is quietly slipping.
The eight dimensions
| Dimension | Color | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Health | Green | Biometrics, calories, water, workouts |
| Mind | Violet | Gratitude and thought audits |
| Work | Blue | Energy & tasks, wins and losses |
| Relationships | Pink | The connections you nurture |
| Finances | Amber | Transactions and money awareness |
| Learning | Cyan | Books and ideas |
| Rest | Indigo | Sleep and recharge |
| Purpose | Orange | Values and decisions |
Each dimension keeps its color consistently throughout the app, so you always know which area you're looking at.
Where does Focus fit?
Focus — deep, intentional work — is a core part of your day, but it's a standalone feature rather than one of the eight dimensions. You'll find it in the Daily Workflow.
How tracking works
- Pick your dimensions. During onboarding you choose which areas matter to you right now. Add or remove them any time from Settings.
- Log what's meaningful. Each dimension has dedicated tools. Add entries at whatever cadence fits — daily, weekly, or only when something changes.
- Reflect. Each dimension surfaces gentle insights so you can see patterns without being judged.
Dimension scores and balance
Each dimension reflects a score based on the recency and frequency of what you've logged there. Log consistently and a dimension stays strong; neglect it and the score gradually eases down — a quiet signal, not a scolding.
The Insights dashboard plots all your dimensions together on a balance chart. One glance shows which areas are strong and which need attention, without reading a report.
No streaks
Like everything in Xenith, dimensions show trends and history, never streaks. The aim is broad balance over time — not a perfect record in any single area.
The framework behind it
Xenith's dimensions draw on the Wheel of Life coaching framework, positive psychology research on wellbeing, and the idea that energy — not just time — needs to be managed across every domain of a full life.
