Purpose
The Purpose dimension (shown in orange) is the compass for everything else. When your daily actions are connected to what you actually value, the other dimensions stop feeling like a checklist and start feeling like a life.
Tools
Values
Name the values that matter most to you and keep them somewhere you'll actually revisit. Clear values are what make hard choices easier — they're the criteria you measure options against when the answer isn't obvious.
Decisions
A space to think through significant decisions with intention rather than impulse. Lay out what you're deciding, weigh it against your values, and record where you landed and why. Months later, that record is gold: you can see how a choice played out and learn from your own reasoning.
Why Purpose anchors the rest
The other eight dimensions describe how you live. Purpose asks why. A decision log checked against explicit values is one of the most powerful self-knowledge tools you can build — it turns scattered choices into a coherent direction.
Tip
When a Daily Intention or a Reflection keeps circling the same tension, that's a sign to open a decision entry and think it through properly.
