Relationships
The Relationships dimension (shown in pink) helps you tend the connections that matter. Good relationships rarely fail from a single dramatic moment — they fade quietly from neglect. This dimension makes that neglect visible before it costs you.
Tool
Connections
Keep a list of the people you want to stay close to, and a sense of when you last truly connected. Rather than a cold contact database, it's a gentle prompt: who have you been meaning to reach out to? Who has gone quiet?
Use it to:
- Note the people who matter most across different parts of your life.
- Remember the last meaningful interaction.
- Nudge yourself to reconnect before too much time passes.
A deliberate, low-pressure approach
This isn't about turning friendship into a metric. It's about making sure the busyness of life doesn't quietly crowd out the people you care about. A single thoughtful message, prompted at the right time, is the whole point.
Tip
Pair a connection with a Daily Intention: "Call Mom this evening." A relationship tended on purpose beats one left to chance.
