Rest
The Rest dimension (shown in indigo) treats recovery as part of the work, not the absence of it. Sustained output depends on sustained rest, and this dimension helps you give it the attention it deserves.
Tools
Sleep
Log your sleep so you can see the through-line between how you rest and how you feel and perform. Even a simple record makes the connection between short nights and rough days impossible to ignore.
Recharge
Track the deliberate recovery activities that refill you — walks, downtime, hobbies, time outdoors, whatever genuinely restores you. Recharge isn't wasted time; it's what makes the focused time possible.
Rest is not the opposite of productivity
It's easy to treat rest as what's left over. Xenith flips that: by giving Rest its own dimension and score, recovery becomes something you do on purpose rather than only when you've run out of road.
Note
Sleep lives here in Rest, not Health — a deliberate choice. It keeps recovery from being buried under fitness metrics and gives it the standing it deserves.
